Purposes of the processing of the personal information.

Personal information collected.

For the abovementioned purposes, we require to obtain the following personal information:

  • Invoice information.- Such as the entity to which the invoice will be issued, fiscal address, Federal Taxpayer Identification Number, information of bank accounts and payment form used.

Legal information.- Such as legal acts executed and their background, litigations in process and other information related to the same.

If necessary, we shall request more information, which will be subject to the same treatment that is provided to the information described above, always ensuring a legitimate, controlled, and informed treatment and pursuant to the purposes of this Privacy Notice.

Sensitive personal information.

MAH hereby acknowledge that the personal information that is collected from its clients and suppliers is not considered as Sensitive Personal Information in accordance with the Law.

Transfer of personal information - Confidentiality.

MAH will keep strict confidentiality of the information collected, confidentiality that will be maintained after ending its relation with the holder/holders of the same. Therefore, MAH will not sell, assign or transfer your personal information to third parties outside MAH without your consent, unless such transfer is mandatory in terms of law.

Access, rectification, cancelation and opposition to the processing of your personal information.

You have the right, at all times, to access, rectify and cancel your personal information, as well as to oppose to the processing thereof or to revoke the consent given to us for such purposes through the procedures that we have implemented. This Privacy Notice is governed by the Law, its Regulations and by any other set of laws applicable in the United Mexican States, and its acceptance implies express submission to the competent courts of the Federal District in connection with any dispute or claim that may arise pursuant to such notice.
